Sally White to be Cup-of-Tea Speaker on June 11th

The Quiet Corner Tea Party Patriots will host Sally White as this month’s featured speaker at our monthly “Cup-of-Tea” series of public lectures and discussion events.

Sally White is a candidate for State Senate from Connecticut’s 29th senatorial district, and will run in November against tenth-term incumbent senator Donald E. Williams, Jr.

Sally’s background is described in the following bio provided by her campaign:

Sally White, Republican Senate Candidate for the 29th District, grew up on a multi-purpose farm in East Thompson, and helped in the family shoe store.  She understands the beauty of the free enterprise system and hard work.  Among the variety of her work experiences is an appointment at the Pentagon from July 2001 to February 2007 as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Force Management.  She also served 20 years in the Air Force Reserve, completing her last seven years in Intelligence Operations.  A ten year stint at Science Applications International Corporation in the Washington D.C. area provided a catbird seat to defense, international, and commercial consulting work.

This month’s Cup-of-Tea will be a great opportunity to meet Sally, ask her questions, see what she brings to the table, and decide whether she warrants your support.

Please Join us at the Quiet Corner Tea Party Patriots monthly “Cup-of-Tea” event featuring Sally White on Monday, June 11th, 2012. The event will begin at 7:00pm in the Tea Room (upstairs) at Victoria Station Cafe, 91 Main Street, in Putnam, CT.

Hope to see you there!

I do enjoy the way you have presented this parcutilar problem and it really does provide us a lot of fodder for thought. On the other hand, coming from just what I have personally seen, I just wish when the comments stack on that people today stay on issue and not start on a tirade regarding the news du jour. Anyway, thank you for this exceptional point and even though I do not go along with this in totality, I respect the perspective.
